CloudLens FinOps is cost: Cost Explorer, recommendations and safe changes. CloudLens Atlas is security: the graph, attack paths, vulnerabilities and compliance. Combined gives you both over the same resources, at a lower price than buying them separately.

No. Both products run on a read-only IAM role or Azure service principal. Features that change resources, such as applying a proposal, use a separate role you choose to create, and act only after someone approves the change.
